"Just got back from a week in Guangdong and my mind is absolutely blown. Initially came over searching for affordable dentistry abroad for Aussies because back in my town dental is a total ripoff. I got an American dental implant for exactly 5,180 RMB which is barely 1,100 bucks AUD. The biggest shock wasn't even getting my teeth sorted, it was just the sheer convenience…"

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Do I need a medical visa?
For most treatments under 30 days, the 240-hour transit visa-free entry works fine for travelers from 54 countries (including AU, UK, US, CA, EU). For longer stays, a tourist visa (L-visa) is sufficient for non-surgical care. We'll confirm your specific case in the consultation.
Are you affiliated with the hospitals you recommend?
No. We're fee-based, not commission-based. We earn from you, not from the hospital. This is why we can refuse to recommend the 11 private clinics on our internal "do not send" list. Ask for it in your consultation.
What if something goes wrong?
Your chaperone stays in contact 24/7 during your stay. For complications, we coordinate with the hospital's international department, your home embassy if needed, and your home-country doctor. We do not provide medical insurance — bring your own. We do prepare every document needed for an insurance claim afterward.
How much will the actual hospital fees be?
Typical ranges (paid directly to the hospital, not us):
  • Dental implant + crown: ¥5,000–8,000 RMB (~$700–1,100)
  • Full health checkup: ¥1,500–5,000 RMB (~$210–700)
  • LASIK both eyes: ¥15,000–25,000 RMB (~$2,100–3,500)
We'll give you a precise estimate after the consultation.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Anytime before arrival. Full refund minus a $50 consultation fee. No questions, no guilt-trip.
